Visiting Nurses Thrift Stores are an excellent bargain if you enjoy shopping. For example, if you are trying to decorate a room in the 70’s style, you will probably find everything here. Or if you are looking to add a new piece to a room makeover, a can of spray paint can transform a picture frame or candle stick, or fabric paint can change the color or tone of a beautiful piece of upholstered furniture. You are only limited by your imagination. Remember, “One person’s trash is another person’s treasure.”

Visiting Nurses Foundation is a charitable, nonprofit corporation which supports home health and hospice patients in communities, as well as, bereavement support for their families. Programs such as Comfort Therapies for hospice patients are funded on an ongoing basis by the Foundation. Be assured 100% of contributions are used for care and assistance, because all of the administrative expenses of the Foundation are paid by Foundation businesses, such as the Thrift Shops. No donation funds are used for overhead expenses.
