The Visiting Nurses Foundation is proud to announce our 1st Annual Respite Gala to be held on March 14th, 2024 at the Loft in Chehalis. The night will consist of dinner, silent auction, live auction, live entertainment from Chris Guenther, raise the paddle, & dessert dash.
Cocktail hour will start at 5:00PM with the program starting at 6:00PM.
What is Respite?
Respite care provides short term relief to families and primary caregivers. This rest period restores and strengthens the caregivers ability to continue providing care for their hospice patient.
Why Respite?
There are 53 Million family caregivers in the United States.
86% of family caregivers receive no respite.
